Outlaw Ranch Outfitters is located in the Sandhills of North Central North Dakota. Rugby North Dakota, the geographical center of North America is the closest city to the ranch. The nearest airport is an hour west in Minot, North Dakota.

Free Guide Service provided with every big game hunt. Outlaw Ranch Outfitters makes every effort to insure your hunt is not only rewarding but safe, as well. Hunters assume all risks and must sign a waiver of liability before the hunt. No alcohol or illegal drugs before or during the hunt allowed. If the patron is unable to make the hunt, he can find a replacement or sacrifice the deposit. If we are unable to provide the hunt due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund your deposit.

Should you decide to pay a visit to Outlaw Ranch Outfitters on any given day of the year you’ll find us around! The fact of the matter is while we are true hunting enthusiasts we are by trade a “working ranch”. We have been ranching in North Dakota for over 30 years. Our ranch holds purebred Angus and Long Horn cattle to tend. Everyday finds us facing new challenges! From spring- calving to driving herds to pasture…it’s a cowboy way of life. We still use horses on cattle drives and yep’ you’re apt to see a cowboy with spurs on his boots!

Outlaw Ranch Outfitters amenities are nature’s bounty. .. fresh air, wide- open spaces and listening to the cattle call. Evening usually brings forth the mournful call of the coyote. Frankly, we think there’s nothing sweeter than sitting around a campfire and recollecting the days events under a starlit sky. Maybe you want to see for yourself.

Our natural habitat provides grazing land, farmland and CRP. This diverse environment supports ringneck pheasant, sharptailed grouse, Hungarian partridge, turkey, morning dove, red fox, coyote, beaver, mink, raccoon, porcupine, badger, whitetail deer, mule deer, moose, elk and mountain lion to name a few. There have been occasional bear and wolf sightings.
